Airline customer service has been seriously called into question this week.

With United Airline’s fiasco involving dragging a customer off of a flight making headlines, Southwest may have just saved the day, showing that good customer service can be provided–even when someone is trolling you.
One prankster, a 19-year-old college student who goes by “Juan” on Twitter, decided it would be funny to complain to Southwest about a rude flight attendant.
In a series of screenshots, they shared their humorous exchange with Southwest.

It started out simple enough.

And Southwest took the bait.

Pressed for details, “Juan” went in for the kill.

And just when “Juan” thought they had won, Southwest flipped the script and showed them who was boss.

Linnea from Southwest FTW!
When reached for comment, this is what “Juan” told the Huffington Post:
“What inspired me to make it is that there has been a lot of airline drama and I wanted to lighten up the mood. Of course, I wasn’t intending of shifting the focus away from what happened with United, but I wanted to make people smile and laugh. And I am happy I was able to do that.”
The tweets of the exchange have since gone viral, being retweeted more than 71,000 times.
Southwest had this to say:
“We take every inquiry seriously, but try not to take ourselves too seriously. This was an excellent example of one of our Representatives taking great care to investigate a potential issue, and pivoting when the user revealed it was a joke.”
